Deciding to engage in therapy is often a unique and personal journey. My intention is to ensure this feels as safe and supported as possible. I believe that consulting a therapist should be accessible to everyone and considered an ordinary resource available to us to make life and relationships more manageable and meaningful.

There are many reasons why people choose to have therapy. Sometimes they want to deal with long-standing issues or more recent experiences with anxiety or depression. Other times it’s in response to unexpected life changes, such as a divorce or work transitions. Or it may be that they are looking for some everyday mental health maintenance and want to learn more about themselves and their relationships.

Therapy provides a safe and confidential space to talk about your issues to a trained professional. It is where you can explore what’s really going on inside of you and begin to take back control of your life. You can envision the way you want your life to be and identify what is stuck in your life or not fully vibrant. It is also about having another person that cares and is accurately seeing you.
